Scan to Save is in early access: a free service from Andy Kemp Consulting Ltd for a small group of early adopters while we shape it. By requesting access or using your card, you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.
Your card
- Your card is about you. Only add your own details, and pictures, logos and badges you're entitled to use, such as your employer's logo where you work there and badges you've earned.
- Don't add anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't use your card to impersonate anyone.
- Links must go where they say they go. No malware, phishing or spam.
- You're responsible for what's on your card, and for who you share your QR code with.
What we may do
- Approve or decline requests for early access, at our discretion.
- Suspend or remove a card that breaks these terms, or that we're asked to remove for a good legal reason. Where we can, we'll tell you first.
- Change, pause or end Scan to Save while it's in early access. If we end it, we'll give card holders reasonable notice so they can move their card elsewhere and update anything with their QR code on it.
Free, and as it is
Early access is free. We work hard to keep Scan to Save running and your data safe, but it's provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of faults. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from someone else's use of your card or the contacts they save.
Ending
You can stop at any time: Delete my card on My card removes it straight away.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
